Our Aims & Business Occupation
Our aim is to guide the compound feed manufacturers and their employees who produce all kinds of compound feed for feeding the country animals, according to their social, technical and economical necessities. To assists the development of the efficient and adequate production for the furtherance of public welfare, to assert the related enterprises’ rights against private and legal entities and to establish close solidarity between members.

Our association operates at the following topics to implement its aims.
* To determine the mainly problems and necessities of the enterprises and mills and to act as a fully authorized agency to assert its members’ rights and solve their problems by representing them before the related legal and private institutions and organizations.
* To assert its members rights against the private and legal institutions which supply and deliver the raw materials and intermediate goods according to the needs of the member enterprises.
* To search for formulas and execute the solutions for providing and standardizing of the common necessities and materials of the mills and enterprises.
* To follow the conformity of “all kinds of compound feed, feed raw materials and feed additives which are produced or imported by the mills or enterprises” to official norms.
* To follow the conformity of the feed norms to historical contexts and to attempt before the related institutions for rearranging and implementing of the new feed norms in case of necessity.
* To execute scientific researches or have the researches executed on compound feed, feed raw materials and feed additives. To promote the studies of the universities, high schools and other institutions which are related with this subject and to utilize from these institutions studies.
* To provide the necessary assistance for occupational subjects as an expert.
* To organize consultative committees, meetings, courses, workshops and related facilities and to prepare publications to inform its members.
* To determine the locations, capacities and technologies of the newly founded mills jointly with “Registration and control affairs department” and to give advices to member mills, enterprises and related authorities about these subjects.
* To observe the feed mills and to strive for the standardization of the feed prices for whole market of Turkey and to determine the feed prices in case of necessity.
* To control the members’ products for constituting the auto-control and to provide quality certificate for the produced feed by its members. To establish a discipline committee in the structure of association and to publish members’ situation during the year.
* To establish production plants of all kinds of raw materials or premixes or to get share from the established enterprises in this purpose.
* To establish laboratories for executing of research studies about compound feeds, feed raw materials and premixes and to assist the mills and the enterprises about this subject.
* To ease the conditions for stock farmers for obtaining of compound feed at adequate prices and good quality by taking the necessary measures.
* To act as an arbitrator to solve the conflicts between the member plants and entrepreneurs.
* To execute al kinds of researches about feed sector, to prepare statistics for delivering them to its members and concerned people.
* To send staffs abroad for solving the problems of feed sector and to cooperate with the related foreign organizations or associations with feed sector by joining their membership.
* To buy, establish or sell chattels and real properties for association.
* To execute the necessary coordination for supplying of financing from inside and outside resources for its members and mortgaging of own real estates for the collective interest of its members, in case of necessity.
